A world divided into ‘building city’ where the rich live and ‘hachon’ where the poor live. Yuji lives in the “building city” with his family, but dreams of leaving the place and going to the “river” someday. If you go there, you may meet Seojin who suddenly disappeared. Parents who are obsessed with the current life and are bothered by their obsessed brothers who cannot accept the bias. Yuji's empty daily life vanishes with a huge tornado that overlooks both the city and the village one day.
